Savings account statements
Savings account statements for the past 6 months.
Tax returns or group certificates
If available, last 2 years tax returns or group certificates.
Documents for self employed
If self employed, last 2 years profit & loss statements, balance sheets and tax returns.
Contract of sale or certificate of sale
If you’ve selected a home, a copy of the contract of sale. If refinancing, a copy of the certificate of title or latest rates notice.
